PlayGG enables users to:
- Discover and book gaming cafés.
- Participate in tournaments and college events.
- Explore and experience gaming hardware.
PlayGG may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
6. Payments and Transactions
- Payments made through the Platform are subject to applicable fees and taxes.
- Refunds, if applicable, will follow the event or café partner's policies.
- PlayGG is not responsible for disputes between users and third-party service providers.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to PlayGG.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify Platform content without prior written consent.
- User-generated content (e.g., posts, reviews) remains your property, but by submitting it, you grant PlayGG a non-exclusive license to use it for promotional purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services. PlayGG is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these external services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- PlayGG is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- PlayGG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
- Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PlayGG in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
PlayGG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@playgg.in.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform or other means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
